Speaking of Crepe of Hida Takayama, it is "Hanchikutei". Just south of Takayama Jinya, Hanchikutei is a crepe shop founded in 1989. It is a crepe using local milk and eggs (Hida spinach crepe looks bright). You can take out popular crepes and drinks. It is a casual place to drink a cup of coffee, meet someone or eat a pancake. Bright and cheerful! It may be cold, since there is no central heating, so winters are not as cozy as I wished them to be. Also, the smoke from cooking pancakes partially goes in the seating area, and, as a result, you may smell like one when you leave. Overall, it is good!
